Our Cancellation & Payment Policy

PAYMENTS

All payments for services are due at least 7 days prior to your scheduled start date.

CLASSES

Standard Classes

  • Any cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your start date will receive a full refund.
  • Any cancellations made within 3 to 6 days prior to your start date will receive a refund less the deposit.
  • Any cancellations made less than 3 days before the class start date or after class has begun will not be eligible for a refund without extenuating circumstances, in which case a credit for privates and/or other service may be offered in lieu of refund.
  • We do not offer make up sessions for any missed classes.
  • A deposit of $100 is required to register for our classes.

Drop-In Classes

  • Any cancellations made at least 2 days prior to your class date will receive a full refund or restoration of your credit used.
  • Any cancellations made less than 2 days before the class date will not be eligible for a credit refund without extenuating circumstances.
  • Any no shows will not be eligible for a credit or refund without extenuating circumstances.

EVENTS

  • Any cancellations made at least 7 days prior to event date will receive a full refund.
  • Any cancellations made within 3 to 6 days prior to event date will receive a refund less the deposit.
  • Any cancellations made less than 3 days before event date will not be eligible for a refund without extenuating circumstances, in which case a credit for another service may be offered in lieu of refund.
  • A 50% deposit is required to register for our events.

PRIVATES & PUPPY FAST TRACKS

  • Any cancellations made at least 5 days prior to your appointment date will receive a full refund.
  • Any cancellations made within 2 days to 4 days prior to your appointment date will receive a refund less the deposit.
  • Any cancellations made less than 2 days prior to your appointment date will not be eligible for a refund without extenuating circumstances, in which case a credit for a private may be offered in lieu of refund.
  • A deposit of the $50 is required upon booking.

DAY TRAINING

  • Any cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your start date will receive a full refund less the orientation fee.
  • Any cancellations made within 8 days to 13 days prior to your start date will receive a refund less the deposit & orientation fee.
  • Any cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your start date will not be eligible for a refund without extenuating circumstances, in which case a credit for a future day training session (subject to availability) may be offered in lieu of refund.
  • A deposit of $250 is required upon scheduling.

PUPPY HEAD START

  • Any cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your start date will receive a full refund.
  • Any cancellations made within 3 days to 6 days prior to your start date will receive a refund less the deposit.
  • Any cancellations made less than 3 days prior to your start date will not be eligible for a refund without extenuating circumstances, in which case a credit for a future Puppy Head Start or Day Training session (subject to availability) may be offered in lieu of refund.
  • A deposit of $200 is required upon scheduling.

PACKAGES

  • Any cancellations made within 24-hours of purchase will receive a full refund less any used credits.
  • Any cancellations made after 24-hours of purchase will not be eligible for a refund without extenuating circumstances, in which case a credit for another service may be offered in lieu of refund.

To respect our time, as well as others’, the above cancellation policy is required and strictly adhered to. We do understand that there are times when cancellations will be unavoidable and those will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Illness

If you or your dog are ill and cannot complete your scheduled service on the day/time it is scheduled, we do require written notice from your doctor or vet to consider your refund request.

Rehoming/Relinquishment

If you rehome or relinquish your dog prior to your scheduled service, please contact us immediately to cancel. We may require written proof of rehoming/relinquishment to consider your refund request.

Weather & Other Acts of Nature

If there is inclement weather and we cannot safely hold the class or offer drop off training or private appointments that day, we will contact you to make arrangement for rescheduling. If you are unable to attend your scheduled service due to weather or other natural disaster, please reach out to us immediately so we can reschedule.
