HARNESSES

If you purchased a harness from us and need to return it here is our policy.

If it looks BRAND NEW and still has the tags on it, you may be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

  • Harness cannot look worn, dirty or chewed.
  • All buckles must work and not be broken.
  • You must have purchased the harness in the past 7 days.
  • You must have the receipt or have the date purchased and information to look up your original purchase.

If it is still in NEW condition, but has been worn and/or you do not have the original tags, you may be eligible for up to a 50% credit towards the purchase of a new harness.

  • Harness cannot look overly worn, dirty or chewed.
  • All buckles must work and not be broken.
  • You must have purchased the harness in the past 30 days.
  • You must have the receipt or have the date purchased and information to look up your original purchase.

If your pup has outgrown a harness and yours is still in GOOD condition, you may be eligible for up to a 10% credit towards the purchase of a new harness.

  • Harness cannot look overly worn, dirty or chewed.
  • All buckles must work and not be broken.

If you purchased any other products from us and need to return them here is our policy.

  • For safety and health reasons, at this time, no returns of food, treats or supplements are available.
